Souderton has public parking lots and on street parking available for customers. A free public parking lot, by the railroad tracks, is available 24/7. Univest Bank (3 lots within one block of theater) and Fromm Electric behind the theater) permit Broad Theater customers to use their parking lots after 5:30 pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends, and Holidays.

Absolutely! Broad Theater was designed with accessibility in mind. We have power doors, accessible restrooms, accessible bar, and a family bathroom! Broad Theater is wheelchair accessible and companion seating is provided in every auditorium. We strive to provide the best accommodations, to make all our films enjoyable for everyone.

Anything purchased from Cinema Brewing can be brought into the theaters. Pre-game before your movie. Grab 2 for your movie. Keep the party going and relax at the bar after your movie. The choice is yours!
We are happy to accommodate service animals for our guests. We recommend purchasing an additional seat for your service animal if you're seeing a movie during a busy time to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. If an additional seat is not purchased, you will need to ensure the service animal does not encroach on other ticketed guest’s seats or block our aisles.
If you are unable to make the original showtime, we’re able to swap the tickets for a different showtime or provide a refund up to one hour before showtime. To process a refund, you can follow the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You may also contact our Box Office and a member of our team will be happy to assist you with a refund or ticket swap.
Yes, assisted listening devices are available upon request. We offer devices to enhance and amplify audio, provide closed captioning, or show narration of the action on screen. Broad Theater tries to provide the best cinema experience possible for everyone. Those who are found to be disruptive in the theater will be asked to leave without a refund. This includes chatty moviegoers, those who cannot keep their phone usage to a minimum (or at least understand the concept of dark mode…and don’t even get us started on turning on flashlights!). Please alert a staff member if another person is disrupting your moviegoing experience. In addition, any photography, still or motion, of a copyrighted cinematic presentation is a criminal offense under antipiracy laws. Please remember: You talk, you text, you leave!
